About NiDCC

A global institution that moves opportunity towards commercial readiness.

NiDCC is a global project-focused business and professional institution that connects people, businesses, institutions, investors, technical experts, projects, governments, and markets through B2B, B2G, and G2G channels across emerging and advanced economies.

NiDCC is not limited to one nationality, jurisdiction, or diaspora community. Its mandate is to bridge the practical gaps between emerging and advanced markets while protecting local value creation, expanding commercial participation, and building durable partnerships based on mutual benefit. We mobilize diaspora expertise, private-sector relationships and locally grounded partners to move enterprises from opportunity awareness to measurable commercial readiness.

Why the Summit matters

Where NiDCC’s global mandate becomes a working commercial platform.

The Summit addresses the practical barriers that prevent promising connections and projects from becoming investable businesses, market-entry pathways and durable partnerships.

01

Opportunity to readiness

Help enterprises strengthen governance, documentation, market knowledge and the commercial foundations required for credible engagement.

02

Capital meets projects

Bring investors, project owners, lenders and technical partners into structured conversations around screened opportunities.

03

Markets connect

Advance B2B, B2G and G2G relationships that support trade, market entry, buyers, suppliers and cross-border growth.

04

Local value is protected

Build partnerships that expand participation, transfer knowledge and technology, create enterprise value and deliver mutual benefit.

The three-day Summit programme begins on 19 October with pre-Summit accreditation, leadership briefings and a global welcome reception, followed by the main Summit on 20–21 October with plenaries, sector forums, inventor and investment showcases, curated Deal Rooms and an implementation framework that continues beyond Lagos.
